Winix 5300-2 True HEPA Air Purifier

The Winix 5300-2 Air Cleaner is equipped with Plasma Wave Technology. It is an upgraded version of the popular 5300 model, designed to effectively capture various airborne particles including dust, pollen, pet dander, smoke, mold spores, volatile organic compounds, and household odors, making it suitable for medium to large living spaces, kitchens, or bedrooms.

Featuring a 3-Stage Air Cleaning System, the WINIX 5300-2 includes an Odor Reducing Carbon Filter, a 99.97% True HEPA Filter, and Winix Plasma Wave Technology. The True HEPA filter is designed to capture airborne pollutants and allergens, while the carbon filter traps offensive smoke, cooking, and other household odors. Additionally, the Plasma Wave Technology attacks pollutants at a molecular level to neutralize viruses, bacteria, chemical vapors, odors, and gases in the air.

Convenience is key with the Air Quality Sensor, which automatically adjusts the air cleaner settings to meet the needs of your environment. The CADR Room Size Rating is 360 square feet, making it suitable for bedrooms and living rooms. With dimensions of 14.9"L x 7.8"W x 23.6"H and a weight of 17.5 lbs, the unit is made of durable ABS material.

The True-HEPA filter is capable of capturing 99.97% of airborne pollutants as small as 0.3 microns, including dust mites, pet dander, and pollen. The 3-Stage cleaning process effectively removes a range of allergens such as dust, cigarette smoke, odors, pet dander, mold spores, and organic chemicals. The Smart Sensor gauges the air and the Auto Mode adjusts the fan to filter the air as needed, with a sleep mode for silent night-time operation. Although it does not come with a remote control, the unit is CADR rated for 360 sq. ft. and is suitable for medium and large rooms, including kids' bedrooms, baby nurseries, and offices.
